1- Visit https://www.huobi.com/en-us/exchange/oland_usdt and purchase $OLAND as much as you need.
2- Visit https://www.huobi.com/en-us/finance/withdraw/oland/ and send the $OLAND you purchased earlier to your Metamask wallet. Your Metamask address is right under your account name and starts with “0x”. Paste this address as receiver.
3- You need to import the $OLAND contract address in order to see your $OLAND balance in your Metamask wallet. For that, click on the “Import Tokens” link under the “Assets” tab on your Metamask wallet, and paste the $OLAND contract address given below. Then, click “Add Token” to finish the process.

Note. Every transaction on BNB Smart Chain requires BNB as commission fee. Therefore, you’ll need some BNB (say, 0.1) in your Metamask wallet
4- You need at least one NFT tool in order to play Oceanland. Since marketplace is not open yet, you have to Craft the tool you want to play with. In order to Craft a tool, you need Wood and Metal resources.
For instance, Coconut Shell, which is the tier-1 tool of Water resource, requires 837.23 Wood and 279.08 Metal. You can also display how much resources you’ll need in order to craft each tool in the Crafting page.
5- Since we don’t have any resources, we have to buy them. For that, you can use our Decentralised Finance platform. First, visit https://defi.oceanland.io/swap and select $OLAND in the first field, and the token you want to buy (say, OWOOD for wood resource) in the second field. Enter the amount you want to buy. If you’re doing this for the first time, you’ll need to approve spending $OLAND, but this is only for once. You won’t need to Approve every time you want to swap. After the approval, click on Swap.
Your $OLAND balance will decrease, and your OWOOD balance will increase after your transaction is approved on the blockchain. You also need to repeat the process for OMETAL.
6- Check your balances on your Metamask wallet after your transactions are approved.
Note: You consume other resources while using your NFT. Therefore, it would be nice to purchase some OWATER and OFOOD, too.
7- Since we have enough Wood and Metal, we can now perform Craft. But there is one more step we have to complete before crafting. The resources we purchased earlier are in our wallet. We have to transfer them into the game in order to use them for crafting. For that, connect Oceanland and visit the Exchange page.
On this page, select the tokens you want to transfer. Click on the Deposit button on the bottom of the panel. After the approval, your tokens will be transferred to your game account (this process may take some time).
8- Now that we have Wood and Metal in our game account, we can Craft the NFT.
Visit the Crafting page and select the NFT tool you want to craft. Remember, only tier-1 tools are crafted. You need tickets for the higher level tools.
After selecting the tool, click on the Craft button and confirm the transaction on Metamask.
9- You’ll receive your tool in your inventory when the blockchain approves the transaction. Congratulations!
